Regripping your golf clubs can add life to an older set as well as improving game play for the golfer.

Grips made of polyurethane on the outside layer can give you a great tacky, soft feel for a limited time but will cause the grips to destress, peel and get messy which will require change quicker than full rubber grips.

Rubber grips will tend to last a bit longer than polyurethane grips and will only get slick and rubbed down in material.

Regardless of material golf grips will wear and tear over time which is why it is important to regrip your clubs every 8 - 12 months depending on how much you actually play.
